Role Overview:
As an International Travel Sales Executive, you will assist customers with flight inquiries, provide best fare options, and convert leads into successful bookings--just like a solution-driven sales professional.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound & outbound customer calls
Assist with international flight inquiries (US/UK process)
Explain fares, routes, and travel options clearly
Convert leads into confirmed bookings
Learn booking, cancellation & modification processes
Maintain call quality and basic sales metrics
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills (English mandatory)
Sales mindset & willingness to learn
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to work in night shifts
Prior travel sales/GDS knowledge is a plus (not mandatory)
