We are looking for a dynamic, result-driven Business Development Executive with exceptional communication skills and a strong passion for international sales.

Key Responsibilities

Manage international customer inquiries via voice calls, emails, and live chat Assist customers with product selection, pricing information, and seamless order placement Prepare quotations and support custom design requests based on client requirements Collaborate with the design team to ensure accurate artwork development and timely client approval Coordinate end-to-end order execution including documentation, production, and logistics updates Maintain updated customer records, sales pipeline tracking, and scheduled follow-ups in Zoho CRM Ensure timely communication and high customer satisfaction throughout the sales process
Mandatory Requirements

Excellent English communication skills (verbal + written) Prior sales experience is must Ability to work rotational night shifts to support global clients Quick learner with strong product understanding and customer service mindset
Preferred Qualifications

Graduation in Fashion Designing, Commerce, Business, or related fields Experience in photography, printing, fashion, or creative industries Foreign language proficiency is a plus
