Roles and Responsibilities:

Generate new business opportunities for Elchemys products & services for the US market focusing on the Food Ingredients Industry. Generate high-quality leads through cold-calling, cold emailing, attending physical & virtual conferences, social media outreach etc. Qualify inbound and outbound leads, determining their potential to convert into sales opportunities. Assess client needs and identify opportunities for chemical solutions. Maintain an organized pipeline of leads and opportunities, ensuring regular follow-up and consistent communication with prospects. Work closely with the sales team, product managers, and marketing department to align lead generation efforts with company objectives and campaigns. Ensure customer satisfaction by being process oriented, with operational efficiency and excellent communication skills This role is pivotal in driving Elchemys growth in the US market, ensuring a strong foothold in the Food & Beverage, sectors, and achieving long-term business success.

Skills and Qualifications:

3+ years' experience in sales/business development in B2B sector in international markets Experience of International Sales in the US Market is plus Should have an excellent verbal communication & presentation skill Should have an excellent proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint Should have an ability to work in high-energy, fast-paced cross-functional teams. Should have an entrepreneurial bent of mind, strong business acumen and good network.
