Roles and Responsibilities:

Generate new business opportunities for Elchemy's products & services for the US market focusing on the Personal Care and Flavors and Fragrance Industry. Manage a sales team Set ambitious revenue targets, work with cross-functional teams to over-deliver and implement sales and market strategy in line with global directives for Chemical Sales Negotiate long-term contracts with (& act as an advisor to) key accounts Develop proposals & presentations for new business opportunities/deals Manage existing customers, handle key accounts and explore to upsell opportunities Ensure customer satisfaction by being process oriented, with operational efficiency and excellent communication skills
This role is pivotal in driving Elchemy's growth in the US market, ensuring a strong foothold in the Personal Care, Flavors & Fragrance sectors, and achieving long-term business success.

Skills and Qualifications:

5+ years experience in sales/business development along with extensive industry exposure and a strong network within the Chemical sector. Experience of International Sales in the US Market Should have an excellent verbal communication & presentation skills Should have an excellent proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint Should have an ability to work in high-energy, fast-paced cross-functional teams. Should have an entrepreneurial bent of mind, strong business acumen and good network.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
