Job Overview

:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to lead and expand our UK sales

operations. This role demands a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of the UK market,

strong client relationship skills, and a proven track record of driving revenue growth and exceeding

sales targets.

As a Senior UK Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, nurturing

key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and mentoring junior sales team members.

You will act as a critical link between the company and its UK client base, ensuring the delivery of

tailored solutions and fostering long-term partnerships.

Key Requirements:



Lead the UK sales strategy, focusing on both customer acquisition and retention. Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities to drive sustainable growth. Cold Calling. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor. Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership teams to align sales strategies with business objectives. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify emerging opportunities and
potential threats.

Provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting to senior management. Mentor and guide junior sales professionals to elevate team performance.

Ideal Candidate Profile:



3+ years of progressive sales experience, ideally within the UK. Industry can differ. Deep knowledge of the UK market, customer behavior, and industry dynamics. Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong business acumen with the ability to identify client pain points and deliver tailored
solutions.

Self-starter with a strategic mindset and a hands-on approach to problem-solving. Willingness to travel within the UK as required.
