Job Summary:

We are looking for confident and fluent International Telecallers to communicate with overseas clients, generate leads, and promote company products/services. The role requires excellent English communication skills and the ability to build strong customer relationships across international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to international customers and business clients Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally Explain products/services clearly and effectively Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and close sales when applicable Maintain accurate call records and customer data Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and performance targets Handle objections and provide appropriate solutions Coordinate with internal sales and support teams

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Excellent spoken English (mandatory) Good communication and persuasion skills Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, email) Ability to work in night shifts / rotational shifts Customer-focused and target-oriented mindset

Experience:

Freshers can apply 1-3 years of experience in international calling, BPO, or sales preferred

Education:

Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
