Job Summary:

We're looking for a fluent English-speaking Sales Representative to assist customers via phone or follow up on website leads. You'll gather requirements, recommend, and sell parts based on customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer customer calls and follow up on website leads. Identify customer needs and recommend parts. Sell parts, upsell, and cross-sell when possible. Maintain customer records and provide excellent service.

Required Skills:

Fluent in English (both spoken and written). Strong communication and sales skills. Customer service or sales experience preferred.
