Job Summary:





We are seeking a proactive and highly skilled International Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with freelancing platforms like Fiverr and Upwork, a strong background in B2B sales, and a proven ability to manage and convert client calls into lasting partnerships. You will be responsible for managing client inquiries, ensuring seamless order management, and nurturing client relationships to drive high satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:





Client Calls & Conversion:

Engage with clients over calls, convert inquiries into paying customers, and identify their needs to propose suitable service solutions.

Freelancing Platforms:

Navigate and leverage freelancing platforms such as Fiverr and Upwork for potential leads and client engagement.

Client Query Management:

Address client questions and concerns promptly, ensuring a smooth and positive experience throughout the client journey.

Order Management:

Oversee and coordinate the end-to-end order process to ensure client expectations are met.

Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong client relationships by obtaining feedback, ensuring satisfaction, and implementing strategies to enhance retention rates.

Sales & Target Achievement:

Demonstrate exceptional sales abilities by consistently surpassing sales targets and adapting to dynamic client needs.

Negotiation & Decision-Making:

Use effective negotiation skills and sound judgment to handle complex business situations.
