To strengthen our international presence, we are seeking
a highly driven and strategic International Sales Professional
who can expand our global footprint, build long-term partnerships, and drive consistent growth across international territories.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute
international sales and market entry strategies
to achieve global revenue targets.
Identify, approach, and onboard
new distributors, importers, and retail partners
in key international markets.
Manage and strengthen
existing client relationships
through proactive communication, regular business reviews, and ongoing support.
Conduct
market and competitor analysis
to identify opportunities for growth and product positioning.
Negotiate
pricing, contracts, and trade terms
aligned with company goals and market competitiveness.
Coordinate closely with
production, logistics, and quality teams
to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
Participate in
international trade fairs, exhibitions, and business meetings
to promote the company's brand and products.
Oversee
export documentation, logistics, coordination, and regulatory compliance
for all shipments.
Monitor sales performance, prepare detailed reports, and provide insights to management for strategic planning.
Qualifications & Experiences:
Bachelor's degree in
Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, or related fields
Minimum
4-8 years of experience
in
International sales/Export business within the industry.
Proven success in managing
international accounts and sales targets.
Strong understanding of
export documentation, global logistics, and trade compliance.
Exceptional
negotiation, communication, and international
skills.
Ability to
Fluency in
English
is essential; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
