Job Overview

We are hiring energetic and customer-focused individuals for an

International Voice Process

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound voice calls from international customers (UK region). Address customer inquiries, complaints, and service issues efficiently and professionally. Accurately document all interactions in internal systems. Collaborate with supervisors for escalated queries. Stay updated with service information and standard procedures.

Skills & Qualifications

Strong verbal communication in English (B2 level proficiency required). Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills. Basic computing knowledge and experience with telephone systems. Patience and resilience when handling difficult situations. Open to work in rotational shifts.

Educational Qualification:

HSC / B.Com / B.A / B.Sc / BBA (Note: Technical graduates and currently enrolled students are not eligible.)*

in International BPO Voice Process. Should possess a good understanding of customer service and call handling best practices.
