Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement international sales strategies to expand business in key global markets
Identify and establish partnerships with international distributors, clients, and business associates
Achieve revenue targets and market penetration across different countries
Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with global customers
Analyze international market trends and identify new business opportunities
Ensure compliance with global trade regulations and industry standards
Build and maintain strong relationships with key international clients
Provide excellent customer service to ensure long-term business partnerships
Lead and mentor the international sales team to enhance performance
Coordinate with Production, Logistics, and Finance for smooth order execution
Key Requirements
Minimum 8-10 years of experience in International Business Development / Export Sales, preferably in pharmaceutical excipients, APIs, or related industries
MBA in International Business / Marketing or a relevant field
Strong negotiation, networking, and leadership skills
Fluency in English; additional foreign languages will be an advantage
Willingness to travel internationally as per business needs
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?80,000.00 - ?150,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
