About the Role
We are seeking a
Sales & Operation Executive
to drive revenue and growth for Pharma. The role involves expanding export business, building strong client partnerships, and handle day to day operational work toward achieving ambitus growth goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Operations & Coordinator
1.Manage end-to-end sales operations from inquiry to dispatch.
2. Coordinate with logistics, Sales, and documentation teams for timely order execution.
Market Support & Client Handling
1.Handle daily communication and coordination with existing and new buyers.
2.Maintain client databases, manage follow-ups, and support in lead generation.
Dispatch & Inventory Management
1.Maintain accurate stock records and monitor product dispatch schedules.
2.Ensure smooth coordination between warehouse, logistics, and accounts teams.
Team Collaboration
1.Support the sales and marke ng team with reports, data, and updates.
2.Assist in the development of regional teams and provide on-ground support.
Reporting & Documentation
1.Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports, client status updates, and sales performance trackers.
2.Maintain proper documentation for export and sales compliance.
Field Support & Business Visits
1.Conduct market visits and client meetings to strengthen relationships.
2.Provide operational assistance during trade shows, exhibitions, or business travel.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Pharma/Business
o 2+ years of experience in domes c/export pharma sales
Proven record of achieving revenue targets
Strong communication skill.
English communication is must.

Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
