We are looking for an experienced International Sales Head to lead jewellery export operations and global business development. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of luxury markets, export regulations, international consumer behavior, and established relationships in the jewellery or luxury industry.
Key Responsibilities International Sales Strategy
Develop and implement international sales strategies aligned with global expansion goals.
Identify and enter new markets, including the Middle East, USA, Europe, and Southeast Asia.
Set sales targets by geography and channel (retail, wholesale, distributors, online).
Market Expansion & Business Development
Conduct detailed market research and competitor analysis in global markets.
Identify, appoint, and manage international distributors, franchise partners, and B2B clients.
Represent the brand at international trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
Client & Channel Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with international partners, key accounts, and high-net-worth clients.
Monitor partner performance and ensure consistent brand standards across markets.
Team Leadership & Coordination
Lead the international sales team and coordinate cross-functionally with marketing, design, and logistics.
Train and support regional sales teams and distributors on product features and brand guidelines.
Export Operations & Compliance
Oversee export documentation, compliance processes, and operational coordination with logistics teams.
Stay updated on trade regulations, tariffs, customs duties, and required documentation such as COO, GSP, hallmarking, etc.
Pricing, Forecasting & Budgeting
Develop market-specific pricing strategies considering taxes, tariffs, and logistics costs.
Prepare and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and ROI reports.
Brand Positioning & Product Alignment
Work with design and marketing teams to align collections with regional market trends.
Ensure consistent global brand representation across all customer touchpoints.
Key Requirements
Minimum 10 years of international sales experience in jewellery or luxury products.
Strong network of international buyers, retailers, and distributors.
Knowledge of export documentation, logistics processes, and regulatory requirements.
Proven experience in scaling international revenue.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and cross-cultural management skills.
Willingness to travel internationally frequently.
Preferred Skills
Multilingual abilities (preferred, not mandatory).
Experience with international e-commerce platforms and online retail strategy.
Exposure to markets such as the Middle East, Europe, and North America.
Familiarity with international trade portals and buyer acquisition channels.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
