Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage export sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets in international markets.
Identify, approach, and onboard new overseas clients, distributors, and agents.
Conduct market research to explore potential countries/regions for business expansion.
Build strong business relationships with international clients and regularly follow up on leads and orders.
Negotiate contracts, prices, and payment terms in compliance with export regulations.
Ensure timely execution of export orders and coordinate with logistics, production, and finance departments.
Monitor and manage export documentation like invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, LC handling, etc.
Attend international trade fairs, exhibitions, and virtual meetings to promote products globally.
Analyze sales data, prepare MIS reports, and forecast export sales trends.
Stay updated on foreign trade policies, global demand, shipping costs, and competitor activity.
Ensure compliance with international trade laws and country-specific import/export regulations.
Key Skills:
Excellent communication and negotiation skills (spoken and written English a must).
Strong understanding of international sales operations and export documentation.
Knowledge of INCOTERMS, LC (Letter of Credit), shipping practices, and export incentives (like RoDTEP, MEIS, etc.).
Good market research and analytical abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage cross-cultural clients.
Familiarity with CRM tools, ERP systems, and digital communication platforms.
