Role Overview -
We are looking for a driven and resourceful International Sales Manager to lead Bixa's expansion into Global markets. This is an individual contributor role suited for a self-motivated professional who thrives on building markets from the ground up.
The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in international business development, market entry strategies, and compliance frameworks required for herbal, nutraceutical, or wellness products.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and onboard distributors, importers, and retail partners across Global markets.
Drive product listings and negotiate tie-ups with key retail and wellness chains.
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies aligned with Bixa's brand and product categories.
Conduct in-depth market research on pricing, competitors, and consumer trends.
Manage end-to-end export operations including pricing, documentation, logistics, and order fulfillment.
Ensure compliance with country-specific regulations, licensing, product registrations, and labeling norms across all product categories.
Coordinate closely with internal teams (Regulatory, Supply Chain, Marketing) for product approvals, documentation, and launch support.
Represent Bixa at international trade shows, expos, and distributor meetings.
Prepare regular business reports, forecasts, and strategic insights for management.
Required Skills & Experience
4-6 years of experience in international sales/export within FMCG, herbal, nutraceutical, or wellness industries.
Proven experience in developing Global markets.
Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, product registration, import/export licensing, and documentation processes.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and deliver results.
Willingness to travel internationally as required.
Preferred Qualifications
MBA or equivalent degree in International Business, Sales, or Marketing.
Prior experience with retail chain listings or distributor development.
Exposure to herbal, natural, or nutraceutical product categories

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
