What You'll Do
Drive international sales growth, especially with Australian clients.
Build and nurture strong customer relationships.
Develop and execute business development strategies.
Identify new opportunities, generate leads, and close deals.
Please collaborate with marketing and operations to ensure a seamless delivery.
Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales team.
What We're Looking For
?
9 -10+ years
of experience in product/solution END TO END sales
? Strong communication & negotiation skills
? Proven track record in achieving revenue targets
? Understanding of supply chain & operations
?
Experience working with Australian/International clients (preferred)
?
5+ years
of team handling experience with a growth mindset
