We are seeking an experienced and dynamic International Sales Manager to lead and expand our global market presence in orthopedic implants. The candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, building client relationships, and driving business growth across international markets while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and company standards.


Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed regional and international sales targets. Identify new business opportunities and expand relationships with existing customers. Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions. Address customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional and timely manner. Analyze market dynamics to identify high-potential growth regions and customer segments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product Development, Quality) to align sales strategies with business objectives. Track sales performance, prepare reports, and identify areas for continuous improvement. Develop and implement strategies to increase international market share. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, certifications, and local laws for each target region. Promote the company's comprehensive orthopedic portfolio: Trauma, Maxillofacial, and Hip solutions. Organize product presentations, training workshops, and clinical support for distributors and healthcare professionals.

Experience & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Biotechnology, or related field. Minimum of 8 to 10 years' experience in international sales within the orthopedic/medical device industry. Proven track record of success in international orthopedic sales. Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, particularly Orthopedics. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools. Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories. Fluency in local language; English proficiency preferred. Strong market understanding, business acumen, and self-driven attitude.
