We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven International Sales Manager to lead our export business in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our global presence, developing new markets, and building lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective international business strategies
Identify and establish relationships with new international clients and distributors
Negotiate, finalize, and manage international sales contracts
Monitor market trends to identify growth opportunities
Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth across global markets
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction
Requirements
Education:
B.Com or a related field
Experience:
5-10 years in international sales, preferably in the FMCG sector
Skills:
Excellent English communication and presentation skills
Strong negotiation and business development capabilities
Proven ability to manage and grow export sales
