Key Responsibilities

Research target companies and contacts based on Portway's ideal customer profile
Conduct outbound outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn to generate new leads
Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on needs, interest, and decision-making authority
Book meetings and demos for senior sales team members
Maintain accurate records in CRM (HubSpot or similar) and manage follow-up cadences
Collaborate with marketing to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness
Stay informed on industry trends in customs brokerage, freight forwarding, and logistics
Qualifications
------------------
Experience in international sales, business development, or lead generation (preferred)
Strong communication skills in English--both written and spoken
Confidence making cold calls and conducting email outreach
Familiarity with CRM tools and lead research techniques
