About the Role:

to expand our business across global markets, primarily
USA and Canada

international lead generation, B2B client acquisition, relationship management, and export sales closure

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute international sales strategies for markets such as the USA
,
Canada
.
Identify and generate new business leads through
cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, online B2B platforms, and exhibitions
Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with overseas clients, distributors, and channel partners
Conduct virtual meetings, product presentations, and commercial negotiations with international customers
Prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts in coordination with internal teams
Coordinate with
design, production, logistics, and finance teams
for smooth order execution
Handle basic
export documentation
, international pricing, and payment terms
Track sales pipeline, forecasts, and monthly/quarterly targets using CRM tools
Represent the company at
international trade fairs and exhibitions
(as required)
Stay updated on global market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities
Required Skills
Strong understanding of
USA & Canada market dynamics
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proficiency in
CRM tools, MS Excel, and email marketing
Working knowledge of
Incoterms, international pricing, and payment methods
Ability to work with clients across different time zones
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused approach
Software Expertise:
