Roles & Responsibilities:

- Candidates will be responsible to deal with foreign customers on calls, emails or chats.

- Candidates need to fulfil the monthly targets of sales to claim incentives.

- Need to assist customers from pitching to closing the sale.

Requirements:

- Bachelors or Masters (Engineering/ Commerce / Management)

- Fresher or Experienced candidates

- Excellent English fluency is mandatory

- Strong customer service focus is required.

- Excellent telephone etiquete.
