Job Description

We are seeking a smart, energetic, and target-driven

International Sales Executive

to bring global clients to Arushi Web Solutions. The role involves identifying international prospects, pitching our digital services, and generating high-quality business leads.

You will represent our brand globally, communicate with international businesses, and close deals that contribute to our global expansion.

Key Responsibilities



Identify and research potential international markets for web development, digital marketing, and branding services. Generate leads through email outreach, LinkedIn, cold calling, and international client platforms. Convert inquiries into confirmed clients by presenting our service offerings clearly and professionally. Build long-term relationships with clients across the USA, UK, UAE, Canada, Australia, and other regions. Prepare and share proposals, quotations, service brochures, and presentations. Collaborate with the internal team (design, development, marketing) to ensure client requirements are properly executed. Manage client communication, follow-ups, and negotiations to close deals successfully. Achieve monthly and quarterly international sales targets. Maintain proper CRM records, sales pipelines, and reporting for management.

Requirements



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (preferred but not mandatory). 1-3 years of experience in international sales, digital agency sales, or IT service sales (freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply). Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Knowledge of website development, SEO, social media marketing, or digital services is an advantage. Ability to handle multiple clients across different time zones. Confident, persuasive, and comfortable with client interaction and meetings. Target-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
