Hiring for Outbound sales international

Location: Noida Sec 3

Shift: 5:30AM to 2:30 PM

(One side pickup facility)

Working Days: Monday - Friday

Week Off: Saturday & Sunday

Position: Outbound Sales Representative -Executive/ Sr.Executive /AM

Experience: min. 1 year in International sales

Salary upto 50k plus incentives

Who we want

As an Outbound Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth for our V2U

subscription products through effective telephone selling to clients based in Canada. Your ability to build

strong relationships, close deals over the phone, and meet aggressive sales targets will be essential to your

success.

Key Responsibilities:

Revenue Generation:

Generate sales and growth of company subscription products through proactive outbound calling to Canadian

clients. Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.

Customer Communication:

Communicate effectively with clients over the phone, addressing their needs and concerns. Build strong

relationships with clients and maintain regular contact.

Desired Profile:

Minimum 1-2years of experience in outbound phone sales.

Excellent telephone communication skills, with a clear and professional demeanor. Ability to effectively deal

with clients from Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and the UK. Strong sales closing skills and ability to

overcome objections.

Experience in stock broking or financial markets is preferred. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding

sales targets.

Hardworking and results-oriented individual capable of making 100+ phone calls per day. Experience in

BPO/call centers is a plus.
