Job Summary
The US Outbound Telecaller is responsible for making outgoing calls to customers or prospects in the United States to promote services, generate leads, set appointments, conduct surveys, or follow up with existing customers. The role requires clear communication, professionalism, and strict adherence to US calling regulations and company guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to US customers using provided contact lists
Introduce company services/products in a clear and polite manner
Generate leads, schedule appointments, or collect required information
Maintain accurate call records and update CRM systems
Follow approved call scripts while adapting to conversations naturally
Handle objections calmly and professionally
Respect customer preferences and opt-out requests
Meet daily/weekly call and performance targets
Comply with US telecalling laws (DNC, calling hours, consent rules)

Required Skills & Qualifications
Good spoken English communication skills
Neutral or understandable accent preferred
Ability to work in US time zones (night shifts in some regions)
Basic computer knowledge (CRM, dialers, email)
Active listening and problem-solving skills
Professional, patient, and courteous attitude
