Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated, target-driven International B2C Sales Executive to manage the complete international sales cycle - from engaging qualified leads to converting them into successful enrollments.
This is a consultative sales role, where you will counsel working professionals across international markets, understand their career goals, and recommend suitable IT upskilling programs.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end sales lifecycle: outreach ? counselling ? follow-ups ? conversion
Engage with qualified international leads (US / Canada / UK markets)
Conduct consultative sales conversations via calls, WhatsApp, and email
Understand learner career objectives and recommend relevant programs
Handle objections, follow-ups, and closing with professionalism
Achieve and exceed monthly conversion and revenue targets
Maintain accurate CRM records, MIS reports, and lead tracking
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth enrollments
Requirements
6 months+ experience in international voice process / B2C sales / EdTech sales
Excellent English communication skills (neutral or US accent preferred)
Comfortable working in night shifts and handling global customers
Strong persuasion, objection-handling, and closing skills
Ability to manage high call volumes and disciplined follow-ups
Prior experience using CRM or lead management tools is a plus
Highly target-driven with a strong incentive mindset
