Develop and implement international sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand global market reach.
Identify new business opportunities, distributors, and channel partners in target countries.
Manage end-to-end export sales operations including inquiries, quotations, negotiations, and order finalization.
Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, distributors, and trade partners.
Conduct market research to analyze global trends, competitor activities, and customer demand.
Coordinate with internal teams--production, logistics, finance, and documentation--for timely order execution.
Ensure compliance with export documentation, regulations, and international trade policies.
Participate in global trade fairs, exhibitions, and business meetings to promote company products.
Monitor sales performance, prepare sales forecasts, and submit regular MIS reports.
Handle customer queries, after-sales support, and escalate issues when required.
