Job Title: Telecaller (Outbound Voice Process - Sales)

Work Hours: Night shift (8:30 PM to 5:30 AM), Monday - Friday

Salary - 18k to 35k (US Shift)

Fresher and experience both can apply /6months to 2 year

Job Summary:

We are hiring energetic and persuasive Telecallers to join our vibrant

team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for generating leads and

driving sales of our industry-relevant eLearning courses. This is an

excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a customer-centric,

fast-paced sales environment.

Key Responsibilities:


Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce Edtia's

eLearning programs.


Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions aligned with

their career goals.


Generate leads by identifying decision-makers and scheduling

follow-up calls or demos.


Maintain and update the prospective client database through CRM

tools.


Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for lead generation and

sales.


Address customer queries with professionalism and ensure a

seamless experience.


Collaborate with the sales team to refine lead generation and

conversion strategies.


Stay informed about EdTech trends, product updates, and

competitors' offerings.
