Job Title: Telecaller (Outbound Voice Process - Sales)

Work Hours: Night shift (8:30 PM to 5:30 AM), Monday - Friday

Salary - 18k to 35k (US Shift)

Fresher and experience both can apply /6months to 2 year

Job Summary:

We are hiring energetic and persuasive Telecallers to join our vibrant

team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for generating leads and

driving sales of our industry-relevant eLearning courses. This is an

excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a customer-centric,

fast-paced sales environment.

Key Responsibilities:

? Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce Edtia's

eLearning programs.

? Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions aligned with

their career goals.

? Generate leads by identifying decision-makers and scheduling

follow-up calls or demos.

? Maintain and update the prospective client database through CRM

tools.

? Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for lead generation and

sales.

? Address customer queries with professionalism and ensure a

seamless experience.

? Collaborate with the sales team to refine lead generation and

conversion strategies.

? Stay informed about EdTech trends, product updates, and

competitors' offerings.
