Key Responsibilities:
Communicate with
B2B clients in the USA
via phone, email, and video calls.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable
website development solutions

Upsell and cross-sell
related services such as:
Website redesigns and maintenance
SEO & online marketing packages
Branding and promotional strategies
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
Work closely with the design and development team to ensure project delivery meets client expectations.
Achieve monthly sales and growth targets.
Requirements:
Excellent
English communication
skills (verbal & written).
Experience in
B2B sales or client handling
(preferably in IT, web, or digital marketing industry).
Understanding of website development and online marketing concepts.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.
Willingness to work in
US shift hours
