Job Summary:
We're looking for a motivated International Sales Executive to spearhead our sales efforts in global markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a strong understanding of sales strategies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in international markets, aligning with the company's growth objectives.
2. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets, expand existing relationships, and drive revenue growth.
3. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
4. Sales Forecasting: Accurately forecast sales performance, providing regular updates to management.
5. Market Intelligence: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
Requirements:
1. Experience: 0-3 years of experience in sales or a related field (freshers with excellent skills can also apply).
2. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
3. Skills:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of sales principles, practices, and strategies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and other sales tools.
4. Language: Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
