Follow up on customer inquiries that are not immediately resolved.
Update customer records in the system with accurate information.

Qualifications
Proven experience in a voice process role, preferably in an international setting.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to handle stressful situations and maintain composure.
Proficient in using computers and relevant software applications.
