Role Overview
As an International Sales Executive at Backdropsource, you will be the face of our brand for global clients. Your role will be to drive international sales, manage client relationships, and provide solutions to creative professionals and businesses across multiple countries.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with international markets, close high-value deals, and contribute directly to the company's growth.
Key Responsibilities
? Develop and execute international sales strategies to drive business growth.
? Handle client communication via chat, email, and calls with professionalism and efficiency.
? Build strong and lasting relationships with global customers.
? Negotiate and close sales deals, managing pricing, documentation, and post-sales support.
? Collaborate with marketing, production, and logistics teams for seamless order execution.
Requirements
? Minimum 3 years of proven experience in international sales (Mandatory).
? Strong experience in chat, email, and call-based client communication.
? Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
? Strong negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving skills.
? Proficiency in CRM tools, email systems, and MS Office.
? Willingness to work in rotational shifts (to serve clients in different time zones).
Preferred Qualifications
? Fashion Designing graduates are highly encouraged (as our products align with creative and design industries).
? Graduates with 3+ years of relevant international sales experience.
? Prior exposure to fashion, apparel, photography, or creative industries will be an added advantage.
? Additional foreign language proficiency is a plus.
