to expand our global customer base in the textile industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating international leads, converting inquiries into export orders, and building long-term relationships with buyers, wholesalers, and importers across countries.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls and follow-ups to potential international clients (wholesalers, retailers, importers, and distributors).
Respond to online inquiries from platforms like IndiaMART, Alibaba, TradeIndia, company website, etc.
Introduce and explain textile products (e.g., home textiles, garments, fabrics) to overseas customers via calls, WhatsApp, or email.
Send catalogs, quotations, product details, and samples as required.
Maintain and grow a database of international clients and leads.
Coordinate with internal teams (merchandising, production, logistics) to ensure timely communication and order execution.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with clients under the guidance of management.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and prepare sales reports.
Stay updated on global textile trends, market demands, and competitor activities.
Attend virtual trade shows or buyer meetings when required.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of telesales or international sales experience (preferably in textiles or export-related industry).
Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
Knowledge of textile products (fabrics, garments, home decor, etc.) and export documentation.
Familiarity with platforms like Alibaba, IndiaMART, Export Genius, or similar.
Proficient in MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM tools, and WhatsApp Business.
