Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase international revenue.
Identify and target new business opportunities in assigned global markets.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with international clients, distributors, and partners.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while ensuring client satisfaction.
Represent the company at international trade shows, exhibitions, and business events.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, finance, etc.) to ensure smooth execution of international sales processes.
Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, reports, and KPIs to senior management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of international markets and cross-cultural communication.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Fluency in English; additional languages are a strong advantage.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree or MBA.
