We are hiring a Tele Sales Executive for international outbound sales calls. The role involves speaking with overseas clients, understanding their business challenges, and pitching our AI services such as AI chatbots, AI agents, automation solutions, and custom AI development.
This position requires excellent spoken English, confidence in international sales conversations, and the ability to explain AI services in a simple, business focused manner.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound sales calls to international prospects (US, UK, Australia, Europe, etc.)
Communicate clearly and professionally in English with business owners and decision makers
Pitch AI services including AI chatbots, AI agents, workflow automation, and custom AI solutions
Understand client requirements and identify sales opportunities
Qualify leads and book meetings or demos for the senior sales or technical team
Maintain accurate call logs, follow ups, and lead updates in CRM
Achieve daily calling targets and monthly lead or revenue goals
Requirements
Proven experience in international tele sales or inside sales
Excellent spoken English with a neutral or clear accent
Strong confidence in handling overseas clients and objections
Ability to explain technical or AI related services in simple terms
Comfortable working in international shifts
Target driven and self motivated attitude
Preferred Skills
Experience selling IT services, SaaS, AI, or software development services abroad will be preferred.
Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar
Prior experience with US, UK, or Australian clients is a strong plus
