Generate new business by meeting potential clients to understand requirements and propose relevant IT solutions.
Contact potential clients to establish rapport, schedule meetings, and build long-term relationships.
Plan and execute new marketing and outreach initiatives in coordination with the sales and marketing teams.
Research organizations and key decision-makers to identify emerging opportunities across target industries.
Retain and grow existing accounts while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Develop and maintain a consistent pipeline through platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, and other B2B channels.
Prepare client presentations, proposals, and quotations.
Attend industry events, conferences, and client meetings to represent the company and generate leads.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and project handover.
Contribute to team targets by setting measurable goals and assisting in training junior team members.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
6 months-5 years of proven experience in business development, preferably in the IT services or software domain.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong IT industry awareness.
Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize effectively.
Strong organizational and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM tools.
