Role & Responsibilities

Interact with premium international members (US, Canada, Australia) over calls. Present Shaadi.com's VIP services in a professional and consultative manner. Build and maintain strong customer relationships with empathy and trust. Ensure service excellence and customer satisfaction.
Requirements

Male candidates only Excellent English communication skills (clarity and fluency essential) Minimum 1 year experience in International BPO (Sales, Retention, Upselling, or Collections preferred) Customer-centric with strong interpersonal skills
