Identify potential international markets and analyze demand trends.
Study competitors and pricing strategies in target export regions.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
Contact and develop relationships with international buyers, distributors, and importers.
Attend trade fairs, exhibitions, and B2B meetings globally.
Documentation & Compliance:
Prepare export documentation (invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, etc.).
Ensure compliance with international standards (e.g., FDA, FSSAI, ISO, HACCP, organic certification).
Liaise with freight forwarders and customs agents for smooth export logistics.
Negotiation & Sales:
Negotiate contracts, pricing, payment terms, and shipping schedules.
Follow up on payments and manage Letters of Credit (LC) or other international payment methods.
