IT Sales Executive - Cold Calling & Lead Engagement
Location: Bangalore - Electronic City (on-site)

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct cold calls to potential customers to introduce IT products/services.
Identify and qualify leads through effective communication and questioning.
Schedule discovery calls/meetings with prospects for the sales team.
Maintain and update the CRM with lead details and engagement history.
Follow up on leads via phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
Understand customer needs and provide basic information about solutions.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies.
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly lead generation and call targets.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
