We are seeking a customer-focused and tech-savvy Technical Voice Support Executive to assist US based customers over calls. The role involves remote troubleshooting of Windows-related issues such as printer problems, connectivity issues, and basic system errors by taking secure access to client systems via tools like AnyDesk, TeamViewer, etc.Responsibilities:*
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound/outbound technical support calls for US customers.
Diagnose and resolve Windows-related issues (e.g., printer setup, driver issues, connectivity problems, basic troubleshooting).
Take remote access to client systems using tools such as AnyDesk, TeamViewer, etc.
Provide step-by-step guidance to customers in a clear and professional manner.
Maintain accurate logs of customer interactions and technical resolutions.
Escalate unresolved issues to higher technical teams when required.
Adhere to company processes, SLAs, and customer satisfaction goals.
Requirements:
Excellent spoken English and communication skills (US accent understanding preferred).
Basic technical knowledge of Windows OS and peripherals like printers.
? Familiarity with remote desktop tools (AnyDesk, TeamViewer).
Ability to multitask, stay patient, and handle customer concerns calmly.
? Willingness to work in night shifts (US process).
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Graduate in BCA, B.Sc (IT),B.tech(Computer) or equivalent IT background is mandatory.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
