About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven

International Sales Executive

to join our US freight brokerage operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of the logistics or transportation industry. This is a

night shift

role based in

Gurugram

, focused on generating and closing sales with US-based clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the

US freight brokerage

market. Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers, shippers, and clients. Make outbound calls/emails to prospects and follow up on leads. Negotiate rates and close deals with customers. Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth freight movement. Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs. Maintain CRM/database with accurate customer information and sales activity. Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities in the US logistics sector.

Candidate Requirements:

Education:

Graduate in any discipline (preferred).

Experience:

1-3 years in international sales, freight brokerage, logistics, or a US voice process.

Communication:

Exceptional spoken and written English is

mandatory

. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. Ability to work independently and under pressure. Willingness to work in

night shift

(US hours).
