Key Responsibilities:
Identify new international business opportunities and develop strategies to enter new markets.
Generate leads through market research, networking, cold calling, and online platforms.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with international clients and distributors.
Understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close sales.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely product delivery and client satisfaction.
Participate in international trade shows, exhibitions, and virtual events.
Stay updated on global market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or related field.
2-4 years of proven experience in international sales, export, or B2B sales.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Knowledge of export procedures, documentation, and Incoterms is a plus.
Ability to work across different time zones and manage cross-cultural relationships.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
