As we expand into global markets, we are looking for a dynamic International Sales Executive to help us build strong client relationships and drive international business growth.
Role Overview
The International Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying global business opportunities, onboarding international creators/partners, building strong B2B relationships, and driving revenue from new and emerging markets. This is a high-impact role for someone who wants to be a part of a fast-growing tech startup.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify and target international creators, agencies, gaming influencers, and digital talent for onboarding.
Research and map potential markets (US, UK, Middle East, SEA, etc.).
Build and manage pipelines using CRM tools.
2. Sales Outreach & Communication
Conduct cold calls, emails, and social media outreach to generate leads.
Represent Glitchover in professional and effective communication.
Deliver compelling product pitches and demos to international clients.
3. Client Management & Conversion
Negotiate terms, pricing, and partnership structures.
Manage onboarding and orientation of new creators/partners.
Maintain strong relationships to drive repeat revenue.
4. Strategy & Market Expansion
Analyse international market trends, competitor offerings, and opportunities.
Work with leadership to refine international sales strategy.
Suggest new regions, audience segments, or creator categories for expansion.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or related field.
Previous experience in international sales, B2B sales, or business development.
Strong command of English (verbal & written) -- additional languages are a plus.
Ability to pitch confidently and communicate with global clients.
Understanding of digital entertainment, gaming, creator economy, or tech platforms is an advantage.
