As an Export Sales Executive, you will be responsible for handling and growing the company's export business operations. Your key duties will include but not be limited to the following:
Market Research and Business Development:
Conduct market analysis to identify potential international clients and emerging market trends.
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of export opportunities.
Lead Generation and Client Communication:
Manage new and existing client relationships through email, calls, WhatsApp, and ERP systems.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide complete product and commercial details.
Documentation and Compliance:
Prepare all required export documentation, including quotations, Proforma Invoices (PI), packing lists, labels, KYC documents, original invoices, Certificates of Origin (COO), and Certificates of Conformity (COC).
Ensure all export documentation complies with company policies and destination country requirements.
Agreements and Commercial Coordination:
Draft and finalize client-specific agreements and terms of trade.
Coordinate with internal teams for dispatch planning, courier, and payment-related formalities.
Customer Service and Follow-up:
Maintain consistent follow-ups for order status, dispatch schedules, and payment realization.
Arrange product samples for customers and obtain feedback to enhance business opportunities.
Growth and Performance:
Work towards increasing export sales within the buyer's business scope.
Support management with periodic reports, market updates, and suggestions for business improvement.
Expected Competencies:
Excellent communication and written English.
Strong understanding of export documentation, incoterms, and ERP handling.
Ability to multitask and maintain accuracy in documentation.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and professional in client coordination.
