Job Summary:
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth in the international recruitment domain. You will play a vital role in expanding our global client base and supporting recruitment operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and acquire new clients for international recruitment services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas employers and HR managers.
Understand client manpower requirements and coordinate with the recruitment team for delivery.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and potential industries.
Negotiate terms of business and close profitable deals.
Maintain sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field.
1-4 years of experience in Sales / Business Development (recruitment industry preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Knowledge of international recruitment processes & markets will be an added advantage.
