Responsibilities
Make and receive international calls with clients.
Share product details, pricing, and company information.
Maintain client records and follow-up schedules.
Coordinate with the sales and production team.
Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships.

Experience in a diamond firm is an advantage.
Strong English communication (verbal & written).
Basic computer knowledge (Email, WhatsApp, Excel).
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
