Develop and manage international sales for scientific and laboratory products.
Identify and convert new customers from overseas markets through calls, emails, and online platforms.
Prepare and share quotations / proforma invoices with clients.
Handle export documentation including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, BL / AWB, LC, Certificate of Origin, etc.
Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA, and logistics partners for timely shipments.
Maintain strong communication and follow-up with international buyers regarding orders, dispatch, and payments.
Maintain customer database, manage inquiries, and prepare sales reports.
Attend international exhibitions / online meetings whenever required (optional).
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience in
export sales or international business
(scientific / laboratory product experience preferred).
Good knowledge of
export documentation & shipping procedures

Excellent communication skills in
English (verbal & written)
.
Ability to handle overseas clients professionally through calls and email correspondence.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
