Key Responsibilities

? Make outbound international calls to prospective clients in the construction and infrastructure sector. ? Generating Formwork Leads From Construction Projects At Europe /And Middle East Countries ? Well Coordination with Team Management ? Explain company products (Formwork, (Shuttering Systems, etc.) to clients and understand their project requirements. ? Generate new business leads and maintain relationships with existing clients. ? Maintain client database and record all communication in CRM or Excel. ? Follow up on leads, quotations, and pending client responses. ? Meet weekly and monthly calling and lead-generation targets. ? Handle client queries professionally and provide prompt assistance. Required Skills & Qualifications ? Graduate / Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, or related field preferred. ? Minimum 4 years of international telecalling experience (B2B preferred). ? Prior experience in Formwork / Construction material sales is a must. ? Excellent communication skills in English (spoken & written). ? Knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools, and email correspondence. ? Ability to handle international time zones and flexible working hours if required. ? Strong negotiation and customer handling skills. Key Competencies ? Good presentation and convincing ability. ? Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and result-driven.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
