Key Responsibilities

Source and book carriers for freight loads based on lane, equipment, and timing requirements. Negotiate competitive rates with carriers and confirm load acceptance. Dispatch loads with accurate pickup and delivery details. Monitor shipments in transit, communicate with drivers, and provide updates. Resolve issues such as delays, equipment breakdowns, and no-shows promptly. Maintain carrier relationships for repeat business and reliable capacity. Manage and organize required documentation like Rate Confirmations, BOLs, and PODs. Ensure carriers comply with company and US logistics regulations.

Requirements

Experience:

Atleast

1 year

of experience in International Sales but not mandatory.

Excellent English Communication:

Strong verbal and written skills to connect with international clients.

Proactive & Target-Driven:

Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.

Adaptable Learner:

Quick to grasp product features and industry nuances.
