Job Title: Business Development Executive (B2B) - Diamond Jewellery Industry



Company: CDL Fineshine Pvt. Ltd.



Shift: 10 AM - 7 PM



Location: Pal - RTO area, Pal, Surat.



Key Responsibilities



Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify and generate new business opportunities, potentially through market research, cold calling, email outreach, networking, and referrals.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients (potentially other businesses in the jewelry sector or corporate clients) to ensure repeat business and customer retention.

Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial inquiry to post-purchase support and closing deals. This includes qualifying leads and nurturing them through the sales funnel.

Product Presentation & Negotiation: Assess client needs, present suitable products (diamonds, engagement rings, fine jewelry), provide product demonstrations (if applicable), and negotiate pricing and contracts to close sales successfully.

Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets/quotas.

CRM and Reporting: Manage and update customer records and sales progress in a CRM system, and prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.

Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, design, logistics) to deliver excellent service and customized solutions to clients.

Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

Required Skills and Qualifications



Experience: Proven experience (typically 1-3 years minimum) in a customer-facing sales role, B2B sales, or business development is essential, with experience in jewelry or luxury sales being a plus.

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are a non-negotiable requirement for interacting with overseas clients.

Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with computers, Google Workspace, and CRM tools/sales management software is required.

Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, results-driven, highly organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is often preferred.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
