Job Description

A Holiday Package Sales Executive's job is to drive sales of travel packages, focusing on understanding customer needs, promoting travel options, and achieving sales targets. They are responsible for generating leads, providing accurate information about destinations, and securing sales by providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities:

Understanding Customer Needs:

Engaging with customers to understand their travel preferences, budget, and interests.

Selling Holiday Packages:

Promoting and selling both domestic and international holiday packages.

Generating Leads:

Identifying potential customers through various channels, including online inquiries, inbound calls, and outbound calls.

Providing Product Knowledge:

Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of travel destinations, packages, and promotions.

Achieving Sales Targets:

Meeting and exceeding individual and team sales goals.

Customer Service:

Providing excellent customer care to secure new and repeat business.

Handling Inquiries:

Responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone.

Designing Itineraries:

Creating customized holiday itineraries based on customer requirements.

Tracking Payments:

Ensuring timely payment collection for booked packages.

Maintaining Customer Relationships:

Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients for repeat business.

Staying Informed:

Staying up-to-date on travel trends, new destinations, and promotions.
